§ 33.059 VOLUNTEER FIRE DEPARTMENT; MEMBERSHIP.
   The Volunteer Fire Department of the city shall consist of the officers and members as shall be necessary to carry out the fire safety mission of the city. Any person who wishes to become a member of the Fire Department shall submit an application for membership to the Fire Chief; upon the recommendation of the Fire Chief and the approval of the City Administrator, an applicant may become a member of the Volunteer Fire Department. The Fire Chief, with the approval of the City Administrator, shall have the right to remove any member at any time.
