§ 33.039 OFF-DUTY CONDUCT.
   Each police officer while off-duty shall conduct the person's self in the manner as to command the respect of the city. The officer shall wear no uniform or part thereof while off duty unless the officer obtains permission in writing from the Chief of Police.
