§ 33.034 SUPERVISION BY CHIEF.
   (A)   It shall be the duty of the Chief of Police to properly distribute to the members of the Department over the city in such manner as to obtain the best results and most efficient service.
   (B)   The Chief shall initiate the programs as will provide the Chief with information and reports, and the Chief shall maintain regular contact with the police personnel.

§ 33.035 DUTIES OF POLICE OFFICERS.
   It shall be the duty of each police officer to arrest and/or report any person for violating in any manner the laws or ordinances of the city, and failure or neglect to do so shall make the officer liable to suspension or discharge.

§ 33.036 PERSONAL APPEARANCE.
   (A)   Each police officer on duty shall maintain an appearance of neatness, cleanliness and dignity. The officer's hair shall be trimmed neatly, face shaved, body clean and nails pared.
   (B)   Each police officer shall be in uniform as the officer's duties shall dictate and in keeping with the provisions of the Department, the officer shall keep the uniform clean, pressed and in good repair, metal and shoes cleaned and polished, and arms and equipment clean and in good working order.

§ 33.037 DRINKING ON DUTY.
   No member of the Department on duty shall partake of any drink of any kind which shall contain alcohol or other intoxicating liquor, except as may be required in the line of duty.

§ 33.038 GENERAL DEMEANOR.
   Each member of the Police Department at all times shall conduct the person's self in a quiet and orderly manner and with a deliberate and efficient determination of enforcing the laws and ordinances of the city.
