§ 33.033 OBEDIENCE TO CHIEF.

(A) The Chief of Police at all times shall be recognized and respected by each member of the Department as the member's commander and superior officer.

(B) All disregard, inattention or disobedience of the proper general or special orders of the Chief shall be reported to the Chief of Police for the Chief's action as determined by this subchapter.
