§ 33.032 ORDERS AND COMMUNICATIONS.
   (A)   All orders, directions and communications shall be in accordance with the chain-of-command and shall not be contravened by anyone.
   (B)   No police officer shall be given an order except by the officer's immediate superiors unless there is a recognized emergency and the supervisory officers are absent or unavailable.
