§ 33.031 CHAIN-OF-COMMAND.

   The chain-of-command and lines of authority shall be explicit as follows:

   (A)   The whole Council;

   (B)   The Mayor (Chief Executive Officer);

   (C)   The City Administrator (Chief Administrative Officer);

   (D)   The Chief of Police;

   (E)   The Assistant Chief of Police;

   (F)   Command officers (lieutenant and above);

   (G)   Supervisory officers (corporals and sergeants); and

   (H)   Patrol personnel.
