(A) The Chief of Police, Assistant Chief of Police and all police officers shall each be initially outfitted with a complete set of uniforms and equipment. Any replacements will be furnished at the city's expense as deemed necessary.
(B) All property issued to the Chief of Police, the Assistant Chief of Police and police officers shall remain the property of the city and shall be returned to the city whenever it is requested by the City Council. Refusal to return the property when duly requested shall be a misdemeanor.
