§ 33.021 APPOINTMENT.
   (A)   Chief. The Chief of Police shall be appointed by the City Administrator with the advice and consent of the Mayor and City Council.
   (B)   Other police officers. The other police officers of the Department shall be appointed by the City Administrator upon the recommendation of the Chief of Police.
