§ 33.005 CHAIN-OF-COMMAND.

   The chain-of-command of the Administration Department shall be as follows:

   (A)   City council (the whole Council);

   (B)   The Mayor (Chief Executive Officer);

   (C)   The City Administrator (Chief Administrative Officer);

   (D)   The Finance Director;

   (E)   Supervisory personnel; and

   (F)   General employees.
