§ 31.087 NOTATION IN ORDINANCE BOOK OF AMENDING AND REPEALING.
   (A)   The City Clerk shall write on the indexes pages of each ordinance book, if any part therein has been amended or repealed, as the case may be, the words “amended” or “repealed” with a reference to the ordinance number where the amending or repealing ordinance can be found.
   (B)   When the amending or repealing ordinance shall change the subject matter, the notation shall be made in the index at the appropriate places.
