§ 31.086 ENTERING ORDINANCES IN BOOK; INDEXING; PROOF OF PUBLICATION.
   The City Clerk shall enter the original ordinance in the ordinance book of the city as passed by the Council. The ordinance book shall be indexed. Due proof of the publication of all ordinances requiring publication by the certificate of the publisher or printer shall be procured by the City Clerk.
