(A) All inspections for new construction, renovation, repair or alteration of any building shall be accomplished in accordance with the Building Inspection Division's implementation and use of the family of International Codes, as adopted by the city. Failure to comply with these requirements shall be deemed as cause to have service of utilities revoked.
(B) Additionally, the responsible person shall be assessed penalties in accordance with § 150.99. No building shall be occupied until the certificate of occupancy has been issued by the Building Official and released by the Permit Department.
(C) All inspections are to be scheduled by the holder of the building permit using the Building Inspection Division's protocol as defined by the Building Official.
