§ 150.03 CONFLICT WITH OTHER LAWS AND ORDINANCES.

Whenever there is, or appears to be a conflict between any rules, regulations and standards of this chapter and other ordinances of the city, any ambiguity shall be construed in favor of the laws of the state or the ordinances of the city.
