§ 31.078 COMMITTEE REPORTS GENERALLY; REQUIRED; SIGNING.
   All committees of the Council shall regularly report to the Council all their acts and plans for matters within their jurisdiction. Committee reports shall be signed by a majority of the members to whom the subject was referred.
