§ 134.04 PROHIBITIONS.
   (A)   It shall be unlawful for any person, knowing the drug-related nature of the object, to sell, lend, rent, lease, give, exchange or otherwise distribute to any person, any drug paraphernalia.
   (B)   It shall be unlawful for any person, knowing the drug-related nature of the object, to display for sale or possess with the intent to distribute, any drug paraphernalia.
   (C)   It shall also be unlawful for any person to use or to possess with intent to use any drug paraphernalia to plant, propagate, cultivate, grow, harvest, manufacture, compound, convert, produce, process, prepare, test, analyze, pack, replace, store, contain, conceal, inject, ingest, inhale or otherwise introduce into the human body, a controlled substance in violation of this chapter.
   (D)   KNOWING, as used herein, means either actual or constructive knowledge of the drug-related nature of the object, and a person has constructive knowledge of the drug-related nature of the object if the person has knowledge of facts which would put a reasonable and prudent person on notice of the drug-related nature of the object.
