§ 134.02 POSSESSION OF MARIJUANA OR HASHISH.
   (A)   It shall be unlawful for any person knowingly or intentionally to possess marijuana or hashish in any form or amount whatsoever in a house, part of a house, outhouse, room in any house or building or anywhere on the person's property, in or on any motor vehicle, bicycle, boat, garage, trailer or train or on the person, unless substance was obtained directly from, or pursuant to a valid prescription or order of a practitioner while acting in the course of the practitioner's professional practice.
   (B)   Anyone so doing, shall be guilty of a misdemeanor.
   (C)   Provided, however, that any person who violates this section with respect to 28 grams or one ounce or less of marijuana or ten grams or less of hashish shall be triable in the Municipal Court.
