No person shall sell, offer for sale, give away, bargain, trade, distribute in any manner, transport, use, prescribe, possess, knowingly keep, conceal or allow on premises under the person's control any narcotic or controlled substance or aromatic hydrocarbon in violation of S.C. Code Title 44, Chapter 53, Article 3, as amended, or other law of the state.
