§ 133.03 HARASSING, THREATENING AND OBSCENE TELEPHONE CALLS.

No person shall telephone any other person repeatedly or cause any person to be telephoned repeatedly in such manner as to harass or molest the other person or the other person's family, whether or not conversation ensues, or use any threatening, vulgar, indecent, or obscene language over any telephone.
