§ 131.082 ALTERING AND REMOVING LANDMARKS.

If any person shall knowingly, wilfully, maliciously or fraudulently cut, fell, alter or remove any certain boundary tree or other allowed landmark, the person so offending shall be guilty of a misdemeanor.
