§ 131.058 INJURY OR DAMAGE TO FLOWERS, SHRUBS, FENCES AND PARKS.
   No person shall wilfully, and without authority cut, pull, pluck or otherwise injure any flowers, flowering plants, shrubs or trees growing in or around any private or public grounds or wilfully tear down, remove, cut or otherwise damage or destroy any gate, fence, bench, seat, bridge, building or other structure or property located on public property.
