§ 131.036 BREAKING OR ENTERING COIN BOX OR OTHER RECEPTACLE.
   (A)   No person shall, by and with the aid and use of any key, instrument, device or explosive, break or attempt to break, or force or attempt to force an entrance into any coin box, depository box, newspaper coin box or other receptacle not belonging to the person.
   (B)   No person shall, without making payment for any article of merchandise or service, extract or obtain, or attempt to extract or obtain from any coin box or receptacle anything of value deposited or contained in the receptacle or coin box.
