§ 31.068 ORDER OF PROCEEDINGS.

   Immediately at the hour appointed for the meeting of the Council, the Mayor shall call the same to order, and if a quorum is present, business shall be proceeded within the following order:

   (A)   Approval of the minutes of the preceding meeting;

   (B)   Ordinances already in possession of Council shall be considered;

   (C)   Petitions received and disposed with;

   (D)   Reports or communications from city officers;

   (E)   Reports from special committees;

   (F)   Miscellaneous business not included in any of the preceding categories; and

   (G)   Adjournment.
