§ 131.015 DAMAGING OR MISUSE OF PUBLIC PROPERTY GENERALLY.
   No person shall wilfully damage, destroy or trespass upon, or illegally make use of, any public property of any kind whatsoever belonging to, or in the possession and care of the city, whether streets, trees, buildings or other property.
