§ 111.48 PURCHASING ON BEHALF OF ANOTHER WHO CANNOT LAWFULLY PURCHASE.
   It shall be unlawful for any person to purchase beer or wine while on licensed premises and to give the beer or wine to a person to whom beer or wine cannot lawfully be sold, for consumption on/or off the premises.
