§ 111.47 FALSE INFORMATION AS TO AGE.

It shall be unlawful for any person to whom alcoholic beverages cannot be lawfully sold to knowingly give false information concerning the person's age for the purpose of purchasing alcoholic beverages. This section does not relieve the seller of the legal requirement to determine the legal age of the purchaser.
