§ 111.29 ALCOHOLIC BEVERAGES ON PREMISES OF UNLICENSED PERSON CONSTITUTES CONTRABAND.
   If any alcoholic beverage is sold to anyone by a person who does not have a valid license to make such a sale, all alcoholic beverages found on the premises of the person, or the premises under the control of the person, is hereby declared contraband and shall be seized by any municipal police officer, without warrant, and handled as contraband liquor.
