§ 111.28 DRINKING ALCOHOLIC BEVERAGES ON UNLICENSED PREMISES.

(A) It shall be unlawful for any person not licensed to sell alcoholic beverages to permit the drinking of alcoholic beverages on the premises of any place of business under the person's control which is open to the public.

(B) It shall be unlawful for any person to drink alcoholic beverages in or around any place of business open to the public which is not licensed to sell alcoholic beverages.
