(A) It shall be unlawful for any person to drink any kind of alcoholic liquor or other intoxicating beverage on the streets, highways, in any vehicle or in any other public place in the city.
(B) Possession of any open container, whether empty, partially full or full, within the person's possession or control, shall constitute prima facie evidence of a violation of this section.
