§ 111.25 DRINKING OR POSSESSION ON LICENSED PREMISES AT PROHIBITED HOURS.
   It shall be unlawful for any person to consume or possess in an open container any quantity of beer, wine or alcoholic beverage in any alcoholic beverage place of business, or upon the premises of any place of business between the hours stated in this chapter. At no time will any establishment licensed to sell beer, wine or alcoholic beverages, sell, give away, consume or allow the consumption of the beer, wine or alcoholic liquors behind locked doors.
