It shall be unlawful for any person to sell, offer for sale, barter or give away any wine or beer in the city between the hours of 12:00 midnight Saturday and sunrise Monday morning; provided, however, any establishment licensed pursuant to S.C. Code §§ 61-6-100 et seq., as amended shall be authorized to sell the products during those hours in which the sale of alcoholic beverages in containers of two ounces or less is lawful.
