§ 111.03 WHAT CONSTITUTES PRIOR OFFENSES.
   A conviction, plea of guilty, plea of nolo contendere or forfeiture of bond for the violation on or after March 28, 1956, of any of the laws of the state, or of the United States, relating to alcoholic liquor shall constitute prior offense for the purpose of any prosecution, or for the purpose of imposition of sentence for any subsequent violation of this chapter.
