§ 111.01 DEFINITIONS.

   The words ALCOHOLIC LIQUORS, as used in this chapter, shall mean any spirituous malt, vinous, fermented, brewed or other liquors or any compound or mixture thereof by whatever name called or known which contains alcohol and used as a beverage, regardless of the weight of alcohol contained by weight or volume.
