(A) The regular meetings of the City Council shall be held in the City Hall, or by telephonic or other electronic means, on the second Tuesday of each month. In the event the regular meeting falls on a municipal General Election date, the meeting shall be held the second Thursday of that month. The time shall be 6:00 p.m. unless another hour is specified.
(B) All meetings shall be open to the public, except as otherwise specifically provided for by the state “Freedom of Information Act”.
