§ 31.005 COMPENSATION FREQUENCY OF MAYOR AND COUNCIL MEMBERS.
   The Mayor and Council members shall be paid an annual salary, payable bi-weekly (every other week), in accordance with the amounts set forth in the annual appropriations ordinance, in accordance with state law.
