§ 91.55 UNLAWFUL TRESPASS BY PROJECTILE.
   It shall be unlawful for any person to cause any projectile to land upon or go over the property of another without the permission of that property owner. PROJECTILE shall include, but is not limited to, any fireworks, arrow, bullet or rocket. A person shall be guilty of this offense even if there is no intent to cause a projectile to land upon or go over the property of another. The general penalty clause of the Code of Goose Creek, South Carolina, shall be applicable to this section.
