§ 91.48 OTHER EXCEPTIONS.

   Nothing in this chapter shall apply:

   (A)   To the manufacture, storage, sale or use of signals necessary for the safe operation of railroads or other public or private transportation;

   (B)   To illumination devices for photographic use;

   (C)   To the military or naval forces of the state or nation;

   (D)   To peace officers; and

   (E)   To the sale or use of blank cartridges for ceremonial, theatrical or athletic events, nor as applying to the transportation or use of fireworks solely for agricultural purposes.
