§ 91.46 PROHIBITION ON USE OF FIREWORKS.

It shall be unlawful for any person to fire, shoot or discharge any fireworks of any description within the city, except on Independence Day (July 4), Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, New Years Eve, New Year’s Day and as otherwise provided in this chapter.
