§ 91.31 RECORDATION OF FIRE REPORTS.
   (A)   The Fire Chief shall keep a record which shall show the date, circumstances and origin of every fire that occurs.
   (B)   The record shall also contain the name of the owner and occupant of the building in which the fire originated and the kind and value of the property destroyed or damaged.
