§ 91.28 FIRE HAZARDS TO BE REMEDIED.
   Upon discovery of a fire hazard by the Fire Chief or a designated representative, the owner or occupant of the property which constitutes a fire hazard, or the owner or occupant of the property in or on which a fire hazard exits, shall be notified in writing by the Fire Chief and directed to begin work to remedy the hazardous condition within five working days after notice, which work shall continue until the condition is remedied. Failure to remedy the hazardous condition shall be deemed a misdemeanor.
