§ 91.25 ANNUAL BUILDING INSPECTIONS.
   At least once in each year, the Chief of the Fire Department or a deputy shall make a general inspection of all public buildings in the corporate limits of the city and ascertain if the laws and ordinances in reference to fire protection are complied with. It shall be the duty of the Chief of the Fire Department to notify the occupant and owner of all premises of any defects or hazards found in this general inspection and see that they are properly corrected.
