§ 51.26 EXTENSION OF SERVICE LINES.

It shall be unlawful for any person to extend service pipes attached to the city's mains and water supply on any premises without first obtaining permission thereof in writing from the city, and before any worker or plumber shall perform any work connected with the extension of the service pipes, written permission for the extensions shall be obtained.
