§ 51.08 OBSTRUCTION OF AND DAMAGE TO CITY PROPERTY.

It shall be unlawful for any person within the city to obstruct, damage or in any way tamper with any pipe, fire hydrant, public drinking fountain or any other appurtenance of the water system of the city. Upon discovering such a case, the city shall have the right to terminate service without notice.
