§ 51.04 ILLEGAL SALE FROM PRIVATE OR COMMERCIAL SYSTEMS.

It shall be unlawful for any person served with water from the city to operate a private or commercial water distribution system for the purpose of the sale or resale of water without the express written consent of the city.
