§ 113.12 RENEWALS AND MODIFICATIONS.
   (A)   Renewals. All short-term rental unit permit holders must apply annually for renewal of the registration permit.
   (B)   Modifications. An application for a modification of a short term rental unit permit is necessary when the short-term rental unit agent changes.
