§ 113.04 SHORT-TERM RENTAL UNIT PERMIT REQUIRED.

No person shall rent, lease or otherwise exchange for compensation a residential dwelling unit as short-term rental unit, as defined in § 113.02, without first obtaining a short-term rental unit permit.
