§ 36.57 QUALIFICATIONS OF JURORS.
   All persons possessing the qualifications prescribed for jurors by the laws of the state, and who have resided in the city for four months before being sworn shall be liable to serve as jurors in the Municipal Court, saving and reserving to all persons all lawful excuses and exemptions as in other courts.
