§ 36.37 EFFECT, UPON APPEAL, OF TRANSCRIPT OF REPORTER’S NOTES OF TESTIMONY.
   In the taking of testimony and preparation of the record in cases of appeal from the Municipal Court, the transcript of the notes of the testimony taken on the trial by a sworn reporter, shall be held to be equivalent to testimony signed by the witness.
