§ 36.33 MOTIONS FOR NEW TRIAL; RIGHT OF APPEAL.
   No motion for a new trial in the Municipal Court shall be heard unless made within ten days from the rendering of the judgment. A timely motion for a new trial shall stay the time for appeal until that motion os denied.
