§ 36.32 ENFORCEMENT OF OBSERVANCE OF DECORUM; PUNISHMENT FOR INSULTS AND DISTURBANCES.
   The judges of the Municipal Court shall have the power to enforce the observance of decorum in Municipal Court while holding court, and for that purpose may punish any person who shall, in the presence of the court, offer an insult to the judges or a juror or who shall be wilfully guilty of an undue disturbance of the proceedings before the court while sitting officially, as for a contempt, by fine and imprisonment, either or both, not exceeding $500 plus assessments required by the State of South Carolina or 30 days imprisonment.
