§ 36.29 COMMENCEMENT OF PROCEEDINGS UPON INFORMATION.

(A) All proceedings before the Municipal Court shall be commenced on information under oath, plainly and substantially setting forth the offense charged upon which, and only upon which, shall a warrant of arrest issue.

(B) The information may be amended at any time before trial.
